Yeah, yeah... another pot question - it's ILLEGAL - I know, I know... but whatever it should be legalized. I'm talking about moderation on both points... why do people always say "GROW UP" when you like to sit back and smoke a joint every once in a while but drinking a few beers is perfectly acceptable... not that I don't appreciate a few beers myself... I, for the most part, have nothing against alcohol - OR POT.

i've lost like...all my friends to drugs.
I'm not like...mormon or anything haha, i just think drugs are ******* retarded.
some of the worst experiences of my life have been when i am around people using drugs.
Sometimes i think i should just ******* use drugs like everyone else, so at least we'll have something to talk about because that is just about ALL some of my friends talk about.
Me and my friend Jordan have decided to just both stay druge free...
but i am so sick of everyone else saying we're "lame" or "claiming to be straightedge" or "p u s s i e s" because we don't do drugs, but in my opinion we're just not stupid.
Are we the only people on earth who have decided to saty clean and aren't like religious or straight edge?
some people just don't get it.

im doing an essay on gay marriage for school and i wonder what people's opians on the subject are. (i am very very pro gay marriage just so you know though i am hetero, i have gay friends and i see nothing wrong) i belive in equal rights and have the choice to do what we want. ( im pro abortion too though i would never do it , i belive in choices, but im getting off topic.) so i just want to know peoples opian on gay marriage and why people are for or agianst it.

I am 21 in Maryland and in college, but I can't drive, so I can't really go anywhere, and I feel like I can't really trust anyone...but like my mother is white and my father is black, and like everyone around here is black, and I have come to realize that nobody around here seems to have much in common with me even though I have pretty much always lived around here. For example, I love country music, but doesn't seem like anyone else does...and for some reason I love to do funny stupid things like go in that little cart door at wal mart or try to reinsert an extracted coupon back into a coupon machine. I always hear that asian guys can't get a gf because girls don't seem like them...but I would love an asian guy. Just someone who is like me. So if you are an asian guy or anyone else and don't have a gf and feel like you can't trust anyone, I am like that too. Anyone think they might be interested in me?

in my class, some of the people in the class are so stupid and can't remember anything the teacher tells them, when she tells them the same thing over and over. Like on question was "where on the map where is the USA???" they did know where the USA was, and this is a high school class, and they don't know where the USA is honestly some people need to stop dreaming and work and dream on their one time, but now knowing where the USA is is just plain sad, but why are people sp stupid

I live in a city with about 250,000 people so not too small not huge. And people are nice here. So tonite I saw a woman carrying bags of stuff she had bought and walking on a busy street. It was cold and dark. I saw her later like a mile from where I'd first seen her after I had gone and done my stuff. I pulled over and offered to give her a ride. I will do it anytime and have many times as long as they don't look dirty or extra crazy. Is this a bad idea? I really feel like if I was walking a long ways someone would try to help me. I'm just want to help whoever I can. Does anyone else do this????

There's this person, I refer to her as Foghorn. Her voice is low like a foghorn, but LOUD! I work in a call center, and this person never bothers to lower the volume. Three times I asked if she could please turn down the volume, but it went into one deaf ear and out the other.

I'm cool with Christians, but this person is Super Annoying Christian. When she found out that I'm actually not of the Christian norm, she had this puzzled LOOK on her face when I said I was fasting. "WHAAAT!?!?" I thought, gee, is that how you treat everyone who's different, like a leper?

She's loud, and she reads aloud, can't read silently. She makes this drone, long long hums when she reads. Now that we've all moved (the entire building moved to another building), my ears no longer have to suffer being blased off. However, I *always* notice the hum. So g*ddamn STUPID, can't read in silence like normal! The drone is always there. I swear, like Chinese water torture!

Anyone else have a work nemesis?

im blonde, hot, and not very smart, but i speak, read, write 5 languages. my mom is french and spanish, and my dad is german and czech. i have lived all my life in u.s.a., so i speak english, french, german, spanish and czech fluently. but its weird because i have been really good at languages but at school im only good at sports. can u be just linguisticly smart and stupid for everything else?

About 2 weeks ago in Southington, CT 2 grown men (ages 27 & 33) were arrested for shooting darts at random pedestrians from their car using a blowgun. It was determined they thought it was a funny prank. Anyway, they were caught and I was wondering what is the likelihood they will serve jail time for this?

Here are a few sentences from the article in the paper so you get a feel for what they did:

‘In an incident that at first left police incredulous, two men were charged Thursday in Southington with shooting a man in the leg with a blowgun.

The man was one of three people shot apparently at random in the space of half an hour Thursday in Plainville and Southington. In all three cases, the attackers drove past their victim as they fired, police said.

"They thought it was funny," Southington Police spokesman Sgt. Lowell DePalma said.

A few minutes later, a woman pumping gas at a service station a short distance from the shopping center was hit in the back.'

i live in canada, and, to make a long story short, i HATE universal healthcare. it's ridiculous. seriously ill peope have to wait months and months for surgery, MRIs, etc. And people arriving in ERs wth deep cuts, heart attacks, and other critical ailments are being forced to wait hours for treatment, even if they can afford better care, because there are very few private hospitals.

i think one of the main factors is because there are too many low income people who dont pay enough taxes and then think its their god given right to see a doctor for every little scrape, and wasting the funding on their lazy selves, and wasting the time of health care professionals.

what do you think?
