So far, I have not found a single definition of "racism" that fits the above.
Me thinks you PCists are using the excuse of protecting minority sensibilities as a smokescreen to insult my rights to be proud of my country and my heritage.

For instance, think about the intelligence we perceive in animals. Apparently, monkeys and dolphins demonstrate to have a very sophisticated capacity of memory and intelligence in experiments. We show much more consideration for an animal such as a monkey, than to animals we eat such as chickens. Do you think we should value an animal who shows greater intelligence as more important than to an animal who doesn't?

I've asked this a couple times on here, and its only because I don't know how else to get people to take my survey in larger numbers...any suggestions? Obviously, the more people who take it the better...

My next-door neighbour snores, really loud, really foul noises. I think his head must be directly behind the wall behind my head. He seems to sleep more than 12 hours a day as well so it's unavoidable. It doesn't just stop me sleeping, it makes me feel sick it's such a gross snore, and I've spent some nights on the sofa. Other than earplugs, is there anything I can do? Does it get covered by any kind of noisy neighbour law?.... I'm guessing not... HELP!!

from your chlldhood that you'd like to forget?

I remember being in a department store w/my mom, I was probably in 3rd grade or so. She was stealing things and putting them in her purse. I asked for a Barbie doll and she stole it for me. I remember that like it was yesterday. And boy, I have others. Do you have any you'd like to forget???

a friend of mine borrowed $30 three months ago. everytime i tell her i need the money back she says ok tomorrow but i never get it. i've tried being mean about it and that didnt work, ive tried casually reminding her and that didnt work. i know she has the money, she just doesnt want to pay me back. what makes it harder is that now we're not as great of friends as we were. i want my money back. what should i do to get it back without coming off to meanly?

that people dedicate 'things' to people who have already passed away? I don't get that. They are gone and will never know. Why not give the praise to someone who can benefit from it? What do you think?

When I was (probably about to turn) 10, I was in McCurdy's department store in Rochester, NY. My mom worked in the lingerie department and had to step away for a few minutes. A lady came in and I attempted to help her in her purchase. During our conversation, I commented on a unique watch she was wearing (a bubble watch). She was very nice to me and learned that I had a birthday coming. I handled the lady's purchase, my mom returned and I headed out on an errand for her. When I returned, she said the lady I'd helped had left a package, a "birthday gift" for me. It was a Cinderella watch. I looked all over for her to thank her, but never found her. I still remember (35 yrs. later) this act of kindness. Do you have such a memory?

I'm just curious if handwriting matters. I have a lot of compliments about my handwriting (printed and cursive) especially from my teachers and some people that looks at my handwriting.

So do you think that handwriting is important and can it tell us what kind of person (personality, characteristics, etc) someone is?

I am in an "interracial" relationship I guess that you can say, but I never noticed it until my bf pointed it out (he is White, and I am West Indian). Unfortunately, his dad supposedly does not support "interracial" dating... I was wondering, why do people put so much thought into the whole idea? Aren't we all humans when it comes down to it? Why should race matter anyway? Isn't the way that a person makes you feel more important than skin color?

I recently heard in the news that a 20 year old man in my city had passed on from head injuries incurred in a motorcycle accident. In his passing, SEVEN people got a new chance at life through organ donation.

It always seems to be the same wherever you go ! one section of the comunity always gets on well and one section always seems to fall below par . In my view it always seems the black comunity that fails to get the bst from society . How can we address this in balance and get the same deal as other ethnic groups for the black comunity ( I am White )

and pray for rain today (Saturday)? The weather today was so perfect I did far too much gardening and am now stiff as a board. If the weather is nice tomorrow I'll only do the same again. If it rains however, I can stay in and rest. So will you join me in a little virtual raindance please?
