What can we do to help black folk get the same deal as other ethnic groups in society?

It always seems to be the same wherever you go ! one section of the comunity always gets on well and one section always seems to fall below par . In my view it always seems the black comunity that fails to get the bst from society . How can we address this in balance and get the same deal as other ethnic groups for the black comunity ( I am White )

Trait is often there and can in no way go away yet is ruled by enviroment, Time after time, such trait would floor up while something or specific enviroment brought about. I consider you. in simple terms look at Y/A, black human beings are extra lively and are prepared to talk approximately each and every thing, or maybe chat with one yet another with the aid of messengers previous Y/A, yet we, asians, are very reserved and dont loaf around to different asians, in simple terms like me, lol

We ****** needs more donations and programs to make it so the Black man gets more Jobs. And we need a good start with reperations from slavery . And in elections a black man should get an start with extra votes to even out they be the minority. and there should be a law that you must pay the black man 10% more for repations. this just is starters.

They do it to themselves. The whole poverty argument is a sham. I grew up poor (i'm white) and I never robbed, raped, or murdered anyone.

They have government grants simply for the color of their skin, they have affirmitive action. They have all types of assistance, yet they never get ahead because they want everything done for them. Hurricane Katrina is the perfect example. Over a year and a half later, many still don't have jobs, and all of them are complaining that they haven't had adequate time to get back on their feet.

No, I'd say they get preferrential treatment.

I am white to...your question and idea really frustrates me....let me tell you what you say is NOT always true...I live in a white comm...that's one of the poorest in my state

another thing...my young beautilful daughter started college this past year she got not ONE dime of help from the state or fedreal g'ment.....now if she had been black, gay a single mom or in other minority's it would have all been paid for in one way or another.....because of the reverse discrimination she is getting she will be 20,000 in debt after just one year of nursing school.... this is a girl who has worked since she was 13....worked the whole time she was in highschool......so i don't wanna hear bout how bad other 'minority's have it.....if this answer makes me a racist then so be it!

Stop giving handouts to ALL folks who could really work for a living. I know that there are some that really need help, not only black, but all kinds of people. There are just too many getting over on the government..........getting government checks and working "under the table" for cash. I say, "In God we Trust, all others should be investigated".
