Mine would have to be polar fleece. I live in Minnesota, so it keeps me warm AND it's comfy!

The material that male flannel pj pants are made out of. Ohhh I believe that they are commonly made out of a very soft cotton. I have always stolen them from my boyfriend. They feel AMAZING against the skin, and I have yet to find ones for women that are as snuggly and soft *runs off to change into them*...hehe
