In my American Cultures class, we are talking about the amendments, and stuff like that. My teacher was reading us this article about a teen boy who wore a kilt to his prom because he was celebrating his new found hereitage. The principal see's him and orders him to change out of the kilt, because he said it was a disgrace to the school. The boy also said the principal told him he looked like a clown. It says in the first amendment that all citizens have Freedom of Speech, and under that is Freedom of expression. Do you think that this teen should have been able to wear this kilt, and do you think he is being deprived of his rights?

There's a buddy of mine, and he's going to court for something like having a tatoo that meant something, like some sort of code, and he got busted and is going to trail and could spend a year in jail. Is this true, or did I not hear him right?

I work for a very wealthy, particular attorney in S. Florida. Today he asked me to take his car (a 2007 Lexus - I loved it!!) to get gas and washed. I went to one of those car wash places that vacuums the inside quickly and cleans the windows after it goes through the car wash. They have about 50 employees that work there - none of them speak English. Anyway, when I brought his car back to the office, he went to get something from the car. He tells me they did a horrible job vacuuming the back of the car and it's unacceptable to him - that I need to bring the car back and tell them to do it correctly - and he's not paying anything extra.
So instead of bringing it there, I went to a gas station and just vacuumed the back out myself and went back to the office and told him they did it over.

How pathetic is that???

Ive been stepped on or should i say stompped on the passed few years like i was just a piece of crap or something . I mean like my best friend of many years got together with my old lady behind my back and i wish i would have cought on to what the hell was going on at the time accept i cought them red handed walking out of a hotel one morening as i was just getting there next door to grab a bite to eat at kenos resturant they were just kissing outside the room that they had had that night .I dont wish this to happen to anyone ever in ther life but it felt like i just transfirmed into an unhuman tank just wanted them both dead.I just cant explain it clearly enough i guess .it hurts just as bad today as it did then .not to mention myfather had passed away a few months earlier and that was hard enough as it was then anyhow. it seemed like a cycleing afect had started happening that evry month after one friend or another would either mailbox me ans screw up my families credit and mine.
