Do you agree with this observation. It seems that more and more of the young folks in urban and suburban areas lack the social basics of saying thank you and your welcome. It makes the issue more apparent when you spend your money at their place of business and they don't even have the curtesy to say thank you.

This question came from a Y! Answers Questioner who is constantly criticizing her friends and family-according to her past questions and she is now criticizing those who criticize! How effed up is that?What do you think of that? Here are the details of her question above...

I answered a question from a girl who says people laugh at her big feet. I hear people call others fat, hairy, ugly in general. They make fun of other's hair, clothes, critisize their decorating, etc. They even say their kids are ugly. I know someone like this. Ever notice these people are usually full of faults themselves, emotional as well as physical? Even worse than those they critisize. Do you think they critisize others to divert attention away from their own faults and to make themselves feel better about their own defects, which are many?

It seems i live in a country which criminals have more rights than the victim , families are falling apart with kids having kids. And a media which celebrates trash culture . And the governments answer is to spy on the law abiding citizens and tell judges to free peadophiles.

Yesterday... at an antiques fair, I met a man dealing in Asian artifacts and antiques who said...

"I don't like the Asians, I just sell these things, I find the Asian culture to be historically barbaric as they raped women and children and invaded villages and murdered people for land."

When I left, I was reeling, confused and wondering if anyone else feels the way he does about this? I did not engage him or argue with him because to me at least, he was ignorant and shortsided, a racist, an oppurtunist and completely missinformed...

What about American occupation in Vietnam?
What about our modern wars?
What about what you did to the American Indians?

Do Americans even know their own history of violence and murder? Or do we just believe that our cause is greater and therefore that makes us somehow better?

It is amazing to me how people believe what they do so emphatically, without realizing the truth. What do you think of this guy and his beliefs?

I live in Tampa area. About 6-7 years ago i had a strange dream. I was in my parents back yard and looked towards the southeast and saw a mushroom cloud. I knew in my dream it was Miami. Was scary dream and even though miami is about 7 hours drive , there was rocks falling on my head. Move forward. About 5-6 months before Tsunami's i had dreams of giant wave coming towards gulf coast of florida. Never thought about dream until Tsumani happend. Move forward. About 6 weeks before Katrina had another dream of a big wave but seemed to be caused by storm on a coast then seeing a city under water. About three weeks ago i had a dream where i was high above a stadium looking down at it. 3 objects went down into the stadium and saw a big blast. In my dream i knew that the stadium was in Miami. The next thing is i was standing on ledge of a building and that building and all of the other buildings started falling but not like the WTC but like cig ashes. Is this just a dream?

I've noticed a lot of dark skin guys like me and I'm a light skin girl and if this happens to other light skin girls then do you know why and why don't they like other dark skin girls? I had an incident where all my cousins friends liked me and they were all dark skin and I was like woooo. They act like they've never seen someone with light skin before.

I have an assignment for my Human Sexuality class that I need to ask questions to people in different decades on Human Sexuality. It would be great if some could help me out and answer some of the following questions. Please note that this is aimed towards personal experince (preferable during your teenage years).
