I've noticed a lot of dark skin guys like me and I'm a light skin girl and if this happens to other light skin girls then do you know why and why don't they like other dark skin girls? I had an incident where all my cousins friends liked me and they were all dark skin and I was like woooo. They act like they've never seen someone with light skin before.

From what I understand, if a dark skinned person has a white skinned girl, it's like a trophy!!!! Whatever!~!!~

In some countries the lighter the skin, the higher the caste, [popular grouping of peers] For some reason they believe the lighter the skin the more successful. Who knows why?

this goes back to when Europeans encouraged other races to believe that the more Caucasian you looked the more beautiful you are. this has shown up as many people believing that lighter skin tone is prettier. another reason is that often the bi-racial offspring of slave owners often inherited more money and become more socially mobile than the other slaves. thus inducing a class distinction within the races. so today some people still find lighter skin to be better.

Don't let it go to your head. Light skin tends to attract but there are women like Kenya Moore, Naomi Campbell, and Stacey Dash that'll give you a run for your money so make sure you've got something else to offer.

l0l yeah i get that. When you say dark im thinking not rele from this country (if im wrong sorry) so where they come from they prob dont see girls with skin like yours. Im sure light skinned guys like u, from experience for some reason darker guys just like to make it more obvious. =)
