If you are compelled to do behaviors that you don't want to do, there is a psychological reason beneath it. The best way to stop is to analyse what is motivating you subconsciously. You may be able to do this by yourself, but probably you need help from a mental health professional.
Understanding is the first step to effectively fighting the urge.

It depends on what sort of wrong thing you doing exactly. If you think the wrong thing you're doing is wrong and can't stop try to avoid it if you can.

There are many things you can do to help you not to do these things again that you consider sinful. You can pray for strength, and guidance. Surrounding yourself with good Christain people can help, and studying the Bible is a big help. Remember though, you are human. The only perfect human that lived on this earth was Jesus. God only expects you to do your best to be a good person. He knows you are not perfect.

Aww good question, you have to train yourself out of the training you subconsciously learned in the current curriculum you were subconsciously taught in school to hold on grip tight and admit no error. You relax take a step back look at the right direction admit to your self and apologize to other when need be,......just take the first step he'll do the rest.

As a Christian, I Pray that GOD will give me the strength to keep from SiNNiNg. HE has awesome powers to assist as we need HIM. Then I generally read from the BIBLE. A great story of the Old Testament about strength is the story of JOB. He was a great believer in GOD. I hope that this helps. Have a great day.

Pray, pray, pray!!! Give it to God, and tell Him that its got you so wrapped, that you no longer have control over it!! Ask God to give you the strength, to overcome this situation!! And to help you to show you what to do, or how to get out of this situation, to guide your steps, you know..... And He will, He never fails us!! And just Thank-HIM, for it, as if its already a "Done Deal" afterwards, dont keep asking over & over again, for the same thing.. because if we have the faith of a "Mustard Seed" then, alls we need to do, once we've asked HIM, is believe He's going to answer your prayers!!! In His timing, hun, In His timing!!! He will see you through this trust me, He Is a Very Loving God, If you just believe in Him, and come to HIM, just as you are!!! He will be the one to change you, we cant do it ourselves!!! Satan has to much control over us, and that's where God comes in the picture, you know....... Trust me on this one!! I used to be an Alcoholic, and I feel I had Hit Bottom, at one point in my life, and a friend gave me an "Ultamatum" to either go to church with him or move! And so, hangover & all, I went to church, and by Golly if God didn't deliver me from that "Hangover, and filled me with the Holy Spirit" at the same time!!! I kid you not!!! And from that day on, my life made a 180 degree turn around for the better!!! And alls I wanted to do was know My God even more!!! I began reading HIs Word, and useing Scripture, against the devil, and situations in my life...... And just for my every need, and to get me through everyday!!! I learned so much, so fast, and I had "Peace" for the first time in my life!!! My very soul, body & mind had Peace, and Love Unspeakable!!! There wasn't a day that went by, that I couldn't face any situation, because I knew I had My God, walking me through each and everyday!!! Honey, if He could take me from the "Pits of Hell !!!" He certainly can help you in your situation!!! May God Bless & Keep You, In His Loving Arms, and Set You FREE, from satan's stronghold's he has on you!!! Go pray alone in your room, or the bathroom, and give it all up to God , honey, you wont regret it!!! I promise you this!!! Then I'd find a good Spirit-Filled church to go too!!! Like, the Assembly's of God, or any Church of God, or any Pentecostal church, or Foursquare churches......They will just wrap their arms around you and embrace you, and your every need !!! That's how loving these types of churches are!!! And if you feel funny having all of that attention on you, just get a back row seat, and just try to blend in with the pew, and they'll know your shy, and leave you alone...... Just remember, He will see you through this, if you let HIM!!! Smile!!!
