I think that your statment has an extreme tone to it.
There is no one BEST country in the world for everyone. It's the best for me because I live here and I am adapted well to this culture and I know the nature of the beast. Whereas Saudia Arabia would be the best country for the people who live there, because they are well adapted to the culture and know the nature of their government.
