I would like to know what is going to happen in my love life soon, especially with the current guy I have been dating.

Is there anyone out there that either has psychic abilities or knows where I could find someone? I'm a poor college student, so money is an issue...

My boyfriend (who is black) of 4 years and I went out for pizza tonight. A white elderly couple who sat in the booth behind us was leaving and as the man helped the woman put her coat on he looked at my boyfriend and said, "We gotta get out of this bad area" and nodded his head towards my bf.

We are both college graduates. We were both dressed well. My boyfriend drives a brand new jeep and he is a police officer. (Those last two things I just wanted to add, though the elderly couple couldn't see them).

I respect that everyone is entitled to their opinions, but COME ON! To say them out loud!? Two feet away from people!? We were just minding our own business, eating our dinner quietly and those "mature" people ruined our appetites.

I wish I could have had the guts to say "Yeah, good thing we have a COP here since you're in such a "BAD" area."

I'm infuriated by this. In our four years together no one has ever been so rude. Why are some elderly so racist and tactless?

I think it is extremely trashy, with all the sex and language on TV. I mean, come on! In the old days, you weren't even allowed to show much skin or touch anyone, yet now it seems seen everywhere!

I lost my job on Jan. 10th, due to lack of work. What can you do financially, with the bills coming in, until a new job is found? Unemplyment won't pay much and won't start for a couple of weeks. I am older, 57, and they DO discriminate due to age. I only have a HS education and jobs are difficult to find. What can a person do but become homeless? I feel lost. Could someone give me some encouraging advise? I certainly don't need any rude, hateful remarks. I feel really bad and afraid.

anti Bush bumper stickers. He made a sarcastic remark about voting for Hilary, and I laughed and asked him if thats how he decided who receives his vote, who has the bigger penis, and that I would not be voting for someone simply because they have a vagina. I gave him his tip and told him that an uninformed voter is the worst thing in my opinion, then shut the door in his face.

I am somewhat of a mutt, ethnically speaking. I am a mixture of a 25% Vietnamese and a 75% mix of European and Native American. This said, I seem to have, in my mind, Acquired many of the undesirable traits of these ethnicities. When I speak Of undesirable traits, I mean to say traits which I find somewhat ugly e.g. A small head that is round on a tall body. Thus, I have trouble accepting my physical appearance. Being the newest employee and the only one of my ethnic background I put up with everyone I worked with. Put up with the way they look at me, treated me without respect, yelled, swear indirectly or not, etc. Over 3 years later and finally feeling the acceptance when suddenly a new person was hired. She belongs to the majority of the race, not surprisingly, treated well by most. After many training events, frustration arose a few times not just from me but I ended being "the one with a problem" when confronted by the managers as the new person complains only of me while crying a river. Certainly a big question mark on my forehead. I just didn't feel I deserved to be given a warning considering the hell I have gone through and sometimes still do. Anyway I see myself getting another warning so I decided to quit my job before the managers was able to say anymore and before I flood the office myself. What would you have done?
