Eat fruit or veggies, they fill you up but do not have that much calories. (chips&fries are not vegetables!)

Or exercise some time after you eat.

Take some hoodia (it supresses hunger)

and drink some coffee/ gensing for energy.

Drink lots of water before you eat, you should be full,that way you wont eat as much.

eat good cal, ie oatmeal, drink olots of water, it'll trick your body into thinking it'ws full
