I have grown up with racist grandparents and relatives. My immediate family is not racist at all. I am disgusted and hate to sit in on conversations with racial slang, jokes, or derogatory statements. What should I say to my grandmother/just let her go and ignore her? It bothers me and I don't feel comfortable having talks with her anymore.

I am at my job today and my boss was sitting in his office at his desk looking at me. Even a few minutes I got up to go back to my desk and he just would not stop looking at me. This is something new with him. I have been at my new job for 7 months I have never seen him do this. His face was almost like a blank stair when he looked at me and he was really nice to me. He is married by the way and has children and I am a very productive person and very proffesional. So, what was the staring all about? AND I WAS WEARING SCRUBS SO I AM COVERD UP.

I dreamed I had this new baby boy, and I was with my husband in our new home and caring my new son around. My husband was putting the new crib together, and I asked hime where the changing table was. He said with all the new baby stuff, clothes ect. I looked over and saw my brother walk in with this girrafe toy and a big toy lion, and when I saw the toy lion I started to cry and said to myslef, "He brougth the old toy." By the way the house was new, but everything stood out even my new son. I am not married or in a relationship. So, what does all this and the little details in this dream mean?

I saw one girl in my class. She is a white girl but I am Chinese. Is it possible that we have a normal family with her? Is her religion against my culture? I just want to fall in love with her.

Please help me what should I do? I can not even talk normally to her.

After the graduation, I go to college and work part-time job to earn money for study. All my games that I buy does not make me happy the way I used to be in high school anymore.

I wonder why? Am I growing old and sick of video games already?

As an educated black female, how is it that I have worked alongside several whites (both male and female) in Fortune 500 companies that are my peers in the management ranks that only have obtained high-school diplomas and their salary levels and oftentimes their titles are higher than mine and all the other minority managers. Yet I, and others that look like me, are considered products of affirmative action? What kind of 'action' would you label that? My résumé would never have made it out of the inbox had I not have obtained at least two degrees and a substantive amount of experience in my field. I have yet to work alongside someone of color in a management position that doesn't have at least one degree, usually they have two or more. Who really is the recipient of affirmative action here? Perhaps we should conduct a study to see who the people at the top are, and how they got there and what credentials are in place (and I'm not taking about the weekend executive degree programs).

In some areas, especially where the majority population of its residents are poor and uneducated, you see many girls getting pregnant at a very early age. They even have day care at some high schools. Society is changing, so we need to take appropriate measures. Do you believe that if there were a more aggressive approach taken...such as requiring students to attend a sexual education class, there will be less children subject to std's or pregnancy so early in their life.? I know they touch on the subject a bit in health, but I don't feel that it goes in depth enough to get kids to truly understand what they're doing.

Just wanted to ask that question...why do people hate? Why do they talk about each other? Why point out all the negative attributes on a person and not take a look at themselves? Just wondering....

I would join the white supremacists, and take out extremists from the other side(s). But there would also a friendly bombing incident, resulting in the "tragic" deaths of a massive load of skinheads, which I may have had a hand in.
