Many people say when boys try to annoy girls that because they're craving for attention. But sometimes people say that its because they hate us girls.. what are the differences? If he's trying to get her attention what will he do to get her attention and if he hates her what kinda annoyance will he reveal.

From my experience - both personal, and watching the kids grow up... young boys try to annoy girls because they don't understand them, and sometimes because they like them...
The older the boy gets, the more likely the boy is to be trying to get attention from the girl. The boy doesn't know why he's interested in girls... but he likes them and doesn't have any idea how to appropriately express his interest.
Boys are (and I'm one...) weird.

love- flirting and being REALLY MEAN
hatred- not talking to u and over dissing u

heh usually they do those things cause they fancy you. it's either that or they just got no lives.
