I want to talk to people from diffenert places?

I just want to talk to people that are from different places of the world. Like London and Germany, I just don't really know how to find them with out looking like a freak for just randomly talking to them.

You'll find them. I have.
I talk to someone from Scotland, England, Israel, Australia, New York, and Chicago.
You'll meet them on here and see their personalities and their POVs and you'll end up liking them like I do.
It's really cool.
Just e-mail them and introduce yourself by asking a question about a comment or question they asked, then go from there.
