Ok, let's go back to English class. "Stupidest" is a word. It's used as an adjective to be exact.

stu·pid (stōō'pĭd, styōō'-)
adj. stu·pid·er, stu·pid·est

1. Slow to learn or understand; obtuse.
2. Tending to make poor decisions or careless mistakes.
3. Marked by a lack of intelligence or care; foolish or careless: a stupid mistake.
4. Dazed, stunned, or stupefied.
5. Pointless; worthless: a stupid job.

Now, let's move on to the subject at hand. I'd suggest consulting the Darwin Awards for the "stupidest" person in the world. They have a long list of people that could qualify.

THE stupidest? As in singular? That's an impossible question to answer as idiocy appears to be contagious and roams in packs.

1. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. (A tie.)
2. George Dubya Bush
3. Al Gore

-These are on the list for their political ideas. Next on the list would come the many brain-dead celebrities, talk show hosts, etc. but there are too many to name.
