Ok, let's go back to English class. "Stupidest" is a word. It's used as an adjective to be exact.

2. Tending to make poor decisions or careless mistakes.
3. Marked by a lack of intelligence or care; foolish or careless: a stupid mistake.

Now, let's move on to the subject at hand. I'd suggest consulting the Darwin Awards for the "stupidest" person in the world. They have a long list of people that could qualify.
