When they told me I was planned. Me........the 8th child........17 years after their first, and 7 years after the last one before me! Yeah..........right!! =O

My parents were never senile. Both of my parents are no longer living and I still miss them.They only wanted the best for me. Guess I didn't know it soon enough.

When I was about six years old and they tethered me in the front yard and told me they'd put monsters in my closet at night as punishment for not coming straight home from the bus.

my parents are always sane and in control of their life at most (for the most part), so this wouldn't apply to me.
