I am 24 yr old man who has trouble stopping myself from watching porn. Right now, I masturbate and watch porn at least once a week and I want to put an end to that. But porn is incredibly addictive and hard to quit.
I have managed to stay away from drugs, alcohol, tobacco, sex because of constant warnings from the media and people about its dangerous, addictive sides. But I NEVER got any warnings about porn.
I am not trying to deviate my responsiblity for getting into this problem. I accept full responsiblity for getting into this problem. I am just saying that had I been given warnings about addictive side of porn, I would have stayed away from it or at least watched it with cautions.
Why don't people, media warn about addictive sides of porn? Thanks in advance for any insights.

there are some people on here that for no reaosn what so ever take it apon them selves to be nasty and belittle other people why is that some of them can be really nasty if u dontlike some bodies question then just dont answer it its that simple im sure once writing this il have them all leaving abusive messages and thats fine go ahead but they must have very sad messed up lives if they can only get there kicks from insulting others

when homo actually means upright, which means standing STRAIGHT. so, homosexual, means upright sexual, or straight sexual, its seem like a bit of a piss take to me, from whoever started using that term for em.

I remember when "getting high" meant swinging at the playground. The worst thing you could get from the opposite sex was cooties. your worst enemies were your siblings. Race issues were about who ran the fastest. War was a card game. Wearing skirts didn't mean you were a s*lut. The only thing you smoked were the tires on your bike. The only thing that hurt was skinned knees and the only that broke were your toys. Life was so simple and care free when we were young, but what i remember the most was...was that i wanted to grow up...

If you are a parent of a teenager and let them roam the streets until 11pm and later, drinking alcohol and smoking. you are a BAD parent. My question is why don,t you tell them they have to be in at a reasonable hour,and why are you a bad parent?
