John but only in the first few years, before he became a raving nutcase. Did you ever see the press conference with the sheet over his head. He literally gave the press conference in bed with a bed sheet covering all of him, so you could hear him and not see him at all, the point being I guess that its not important who the message comes from, just the message. I was laughing at it because it bordered on the absurd, but still, he became really crazy near the end.
Favorite song he sang lead on = A Day in the Life, Norweigan Wood
Paul favoirte lead = Yesterday.
Paul also, is a genius, and love his music too.
Check out this funny skit of the Beatles doing shakespeare.

John. I think he was the most intellegient and "real" Beatle. He was a masterful song writer, as was McCartney, but I always liked John the best. I always thought that he and George were the most sincere in their beliefs and protests.
My all time favorite song, John wrote and sang was Norwegian Wood.

When the Beatles first came over from England, I liked Ringo best, because he wore so many rings. Then about 1966, I saw Ravi Shankar on TV, and was utterly mesmerized by his music. That was about the time George was learning to play the sitar. So I started liking George better. He was the most spiritual and mellow of all the Beatles.

Paul was always my favorite. One reason was because I was always a sucker for those "sleepy eyes" of his. And I thought he was very talented and level-headed. And I loved how much he openly adored Linda. Favorite song he sang lead on: Yesterday.

John, Paul, George and Ringo were my favorites of the fab four.
Song of the day would be "I'm only sleeping" with John singing the lead.
