about some information that they want...she is very sneaky...and cunning...can you just say politely..."I'd rather not talk about her...please can i go back to my seat?""and just see what she says....????

Yes, that sounds okay to me. It sounds like it might be a confidentiality issue--is that right? If you don't want to talk about something, the best thing to do is say "I'd prefer not to talk about that right now". No need to ask to go back to your seat. Now, I don't know if this will make your boss angry, but if you are polite, there shouldn't be anything they can reasonably blame you for.

I would say. I dont focus on others and i would rather not be involved.
