I finished my University course a year ago and started straight away in full time work after a weeks holiday in France. I just seem to get very stressed at the moment and my boss has said I need to switch off from work, to become more relaxed. Im a nervous and anxious individual but just needs some guidance can anyone help me?

I'm a straight male and I would like to address all of the straight males who ask stupid questions in the gay/lesbian section - Why do you like to insult people? I used to think diffrently - now I'm not afraid anymore - People are people so why try to day things and ask questions to hurt somebody's feelings?

i know this is a serious question for me, but i feel strongly about it. no child should be hurt, killed, forced to suicide or made to feel worthless by anybody, even another child.

I've been reading many of the questions and answers on this site and, for the most part, I'm amazed by how poorly they are written. Perhaps they're being done by 8 year-olds, but I doubt it. Are we raising a generation of morons?

I don't think they really are.
I was not happy when I was poor as I was always trying to find a job and money, and working where I got paid small wages, and seeking free things to do, and being cold, hungry and always tired...
I'm not rich now...but I get a wage...
I ask...are poor people happy?

Even though im from Atlanta, I was in the city during the hurricane. I saw the dead bodies and the babies crying. My Aunt and Uncle and their kids and grandkids and I waited for three days on the roof without food. And then to hear some people say, "We must rebuild Iraq," makes me sick. Weren't we supposed to be there ONLY to find nuclear weapons? Do most of the American people feel this way, since the majority of Americans voted for people who belive in rebuilding a country that at first had little to nothing against us?

How many people encounter this? You work with others, pass by them in the hall and you nod or smile and get nothing back? Isn't that rude? I can understand if someone was a creep. But there are a lot of people that seem so stuck up. Does this happen to you sometimes.

I work with this BIG *****. She is ****** with my job. Everytime she think that I am not doing my job correctly....she uses that to her advantage and tell my boss about it. Most of the time...she has nothing to tell because I always correct my problems. I don't ask her for help nor do I talk to her, but she is constantly snooping and causing trouble for me. She is sneaky (VERY SNEAKY). How can I get this fat ***** back quietly with out causing a big mess? I am not being rude to all large people...this ***** is problem.
