Best to live = Charleston SC - historic buildings, laid-back people with lots of southern charm

Worse to visit = Manhattan NY
Best to visit = Orlando Fla - Disney/Epcot are lots to do and see

I know the inside is the most important.. but trying to look good for your partner is just something that guys like. have any of you girls who used to be tomboyish or not care about appearance now able to wear sexy clothes? if so, was it hard to transition?

I was evacuted from my home in NY because of all the flooding going on. My life, including my husbands and my family was in danger and it made me think alot of life and how fragile it is. But how am I supposed to stay positive when I'm staying with relatives and worrying about my family and my home I had to leave?

As on old Yahoo Answers fan Ive noticed a decline in good questions and as I sit and watch the new questions online half of them are report abuse cases. I really dont feel like sifting through the mess. How can we get Yahoo to clean it up because Im tired of spending my hours mopping up with report abuse buttons.

This guy keeps emailing me telling me he thinks this "relashionship" (I use the term very loosley) He thinks this is going somewhere. I think he is a nut or something. I have a very special man in my life. But this other guy thinks we are going to betogether. Yeah he found me through Yahoo answers.

When I was a kid growing up in the '50s & early '60s, I heard this a lot but never knew where it came from.

survive anymore? With low wages and high priced housing, rental, car insurance, health insurance (if you are lucky enough to have that), raising kids. Why is it like this now? My father-in-law retired 20 years ago making $8.00 an hour and had a mortgage of $125.00. Now the pay is about the same but to rent for a 2 bedroom, for instance (in our area), it's about $1,200.00 a month. Yet, the older generation (way retired persons I mean) do not understand why we have a rough time. How did we get to this point?

Sometimes when you are speaking to someone..has it come to you that whatever is said mutually maybe not be that person opinion..That maybe for you not to feel bad..the person..just doesn't want to disagree with you opinion..There are some peoples as well..when you ask them questiopn..they answer so nicely but the minute you turn your back..you have the feeling that person..could be making fun of like you are some kind of stupid..Has it ever happen to you that your sixth sense give you a feeling that you are speaking to the wrong person who is not what they are really are..i'm asking that quest cause sometimes i feel that some peoples that is around me is not honest enough...Is it my imagination??? Or it's just me who is just making up stuff in my head??? If you have ever have a feeling ..can you please answer that question??
