Yes, anyone can live a self-reliant life that has a great deal of meaning.
I have spent a great deal of my life alone. And yes, it is hard. But I have purpose in my life, and that purpose is living up to the values I have choosen. Now each person must find their own drive, but many of us lose sight of it, distracted by our society's constant emphasis on relationships (meaningful, or not). You must remember that your own purpose must not depend on someone else. If you become dependent on others for happiness, then your happiness is easily lost. You know yourself better than anyone, so you know what is really important to you. And that is the key.
The other problem is you say 'meaningful'. It sounds like you seek outside validation of yourself. This is a sign of poor self-esteem. YOu have to understand that people will always let you down, and have unreasonible expectations taht you can never fuffill. Not to say that you may not meet individuals who do not have these expectations, but people in general do.
In the end, you must want something from life, and strive toward it. Living as an example to others, accomplising some personal goal, those things are what brings meaning to one's life.
So, yes, you can have a meaningful life, but you need not limit your success by making certain concrete standards, like having a certain girlfriend, or owning a special car by a certain age. Make reasonable goals, and realize that everything is eventual. So long as you keep going out and living, enjoying yourself and makeing friends, meeting new people, your life will always improve.

By all means, you can have a very meaningful life without a woman behind or in front. Tell me, what are you tired of in life? Then i can tell you how to make your life more meaningful and joyful.

Of course, finding meaning in life has nothing to do with a woman, matter of fact hooking up with the wrong woman will have an opposite & disasterous effect. I think you should first look inside yourself and find both meaning & happiness anything less (if you did happen to meet someone special) wouldn't be fair to you mate.

Yes you can live a life without a woman. You need to get close to Jesus. If he wants you to have a woman he will get you one.

Yes. To find meaning in your life start doing yoga or aikido.
The happiness of your life is inside you. You cannot find it
outside in the woman you seek. Start doing martial arts to
get yourself together. Then the right woman will find you.

All you need is Jesus Christ in your life. He loves you. When you accept Him into your heart everything else will fall into place and eventually make sense. It may not be time for a woman in your life. God may be getting her and you ready for each other.

It is always nice to have a special someone in your corner, isn't it? Whether your support is a woman, friend, parent, coworker... you must believe in yourself, and then finding someone who believes in you is the icing on the cake...believe in yourself too. Good luck !
