Living in the USA myself, I know that there is a difference in education when compared to certain foreign countries. However, to paint a wide swath calling all of the USA stupid is generalization that shows no thought.
A person who is truly wise would not generalize an entire populace or country as you have. Maybe it is time for you to return to school to learn that part?

Dumb, as to be compared with Whom? Many Cultures can seem to be dumb to others outside its borders. But yet make prefect sense to those living in them. The real question is what makes Americans dumb to you?

its not that there are an unusually large number of dumb people in the US, its just that the ones that are are unusually loud and tend to stand out in a crowd
