Usually have a really good sob, it almost always works.
It releases endorphins into the blood and makes you feel better. It's not something that you can plan on doing though and a lot of guys don't like to do it. It's really good for you though.
I ,also, find a great book, a bottle of wine and a chair on my deck and just have slip off to somewhere else for a couple of hours

I'm so glad you asked. I have a whole regiment. Ready? Here goes:
1. Rant in a blog and just let it all hang out.
2. Make a custard pie.
3. Fall down
4. Get back up and go shopping at Marks and Spencer.
5. Raid clothes lines and steal people skivvies.
6. Feed my goats.
7. Plant more "oats."
8. Read my Rodney Dangerfield joke book
9. Fall down one more time just for effect.
10. Pick myself back up and keep going at all costs. :)
thanks.....btw.

Sit in a jacuzzi for a while with a glass of wine or a cold beer, with some soothing music playing nearby. Works every time! Alternatively, get a proper massage from someone who knows what they're doing. Heaven!

One time I holed up in a cheap sketchy hotel room for a weekend. I watched bad TV, ate junk food and ran around in my underwear for a few days. It was nice to be completely anonymous for just a little while. Not everyone can get away like that, I guess, but it really helped me.

Do something new and exciting on your days off. If you have fun with new stuff you'll enjoy the old stuff more too. It's about your frame of mind. I can't really give you many suggestions because I don't know what you are into, but that's what I suggest!

Try to take some supplements and make sure that you get enough sleep, vitamins and minerals. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and drink plenty of water.
If the problem persists, see your doctor for an examiniation.

Take a road trip, go to the beach... do something you haven't done in a while, like hitting the arcade or bowling alley... go to a concert... see a local live band
