Worst to live- South Mississippi. It is hot hot hot during the summer.
Best to live- I agree, Charleston was awesome. Not only did we have history, but we had beaches close by, Myrtle Beach in driving distance.
Best to visit-Depends on what you are looking for. Fun for the family, Disneyworld Florida. History visit-Savannah, Georgia. All the Southern charm and history you can desire. From cobblesone roads to underground railroad drop offs. Also, the beach and Tybee/Jekyll Island are right there.

Best for 20 somethings= Manhattan NY. So much culture, excitement, museums, theater, great dining, never ever a dull moment!
worst= Los Angeles... too much traffic, too much driving, too boring and materialistic. The ocean is beatiful, but the beaches are filthy and the Pacific is cold.
Best to visit and live... Chicago

relies upon once you're searching for a huge city or a small city. a lot of small cities have elements the position you received't could be stressful about crime too a lot. in my opinion, I income from the suburbs or perhaps the county. Nicer human beings in those elements and a lot less crime.
