I finished my University course a year ago and started straight away in full time work after a weeks holiday in France. I just seem to get very stressed at the moment and my boss has said I need to switch off from work, to become more relaxed. Im a nervous and anxious individual but just needs some guidance can anyone help me?

First off you need to go to the gym and make some friends. It's easy to get stressed when you are stagnant, 20 mins of running a bit of a workout and you'll clear your mind.

Also having friends who are active will get you to go do some more interesting things with your off-time. Who knows what you're into, maybe a Dance Club, Museum, an Aquarium, or the Great Outdoors?

Dear Mouse, Get a motorcycle or (as I have) a trike which can't tip over. Get a hot tub and relax after going for a ride on said cycle. If you are up to the whazoo in bills from all that schooling, just buy a nice pair of walking shoes and find an area that has good views to take your mind off of work.

Have you tried yoga? I find it a great way to switch off from stress.
