You know the stories. Ships and planes go missing and compasses screw up. Time is lost, reports that planes traveled 100s of miles in just a minutes. Even heard that space ships have came out of the water. What do you think?

I regularly feed the birds (& foxes) and also give them the content of my hair brush for nesting as it's really cold in Scotland this time of year, but I woke up on Christmas morning to find a birdie present splashed down my kitchen window.

Is it an old wives' tale that if you pull a gray hair out, more grow in, or has this been scientifically proven?

I have a friend who has ONE gray hair and hasn't pulled it out, and swears that she hasn't gotten anymore because she hasn't pulled the one out.
