Every place on Earth is haunted to some extent if you believe in peoples energies stay on earth until they burn out. (The energy not the person) Living things die all the time and if it is true that the energy stays on here then there is a constant energy force pretty much everywhere. As for the hotel. I think the happenings are most likely blown up because of it's rich history, but I am origionally from Chicago and we have a lot of history like that.
