Probably Father Time because one day the Earth will cease to exist if you only associate Mother Nature with the planet. However, at this point, there could be no one around to worry about time, so the Earth may outlast the notion of Time. Also, there are probably other places with nature, so it could just be a draw...

they work together. as time goes on the seasons change
from the spring (youth) to the winter (old age) the seasons change with time
