It is also said of the legend of Santa that he was given immortality so he could do his job he loves so much forever.

Santa was a real person in the 1800's or the 1400's. He was a shoemaker and saw the poor children and he and his wife decided to make stockings for them and put a wooden toy in there, so he became a Saint for doing that.
So Santa did was alive, and since then the legend has and will go on forever.

Nah, I don't think so, however I think that a long time ago there was a fat guy named St, Nick or Santa Clause (whatever) and used to make toys and give them away to good, poor kids. Time went buy and was turned into a myth. The end!

That is like asking if the tooth fairy is real. I suppose it is o.k. to let little children believe that, but they will grow out of it. If Santa and the reindeer are real then why do his reindeer have male names when all the reindeer with antlers in Greenland are female. Only the male reindeer has no antlers.

Santa is not real no matter how much u believe in it. I hate it when parents lie to their kids like that about santa, tooth fairy, boogy man etc. It is unnesessary.

no,legends say that a priest named st.nicolas lived long time ago and helped people,in memory of that santa character was created.
