Get a nice flyby video and take shrooms or LSD... if you've got good control mentally - should be easy to get there.

It is not possible to send a live human that far. The trip would take many years and you couldn't carry enough food and oxygen. There would also be no fuel to get back with. Consider Mars. At least it has a surface you can stand on before you run out of oxygen. The movie "Red Planet" is worth watching, it is very scientifically accurate. (Except for the sci-fi part, of course.)

You need to find a portal and go through it .I think there is one in the handicapped stall of the Walmart in Paduka , Kentucky on route 73. Go in there strip to the nude flush the toilet voila! You are in Neptune.
