We have spelling b's competitions in america because English is tough to spell. But spanish is not really hard cause most sounds go hand to hand with spelling .

I've never seen any spelling b's in Hispanic TV. is there? and if there was, why would there be if spelling by listening is easy in Spanish.

I am learning about comparatives and superlatives in spanish...but having trouble with a couple problems. You help? yes? thank you!

for example,

(as much as) No esudio _______ tu.

the answer in the blank is "tanto como"

another example:

(than) Ernesto mira m'as television _____ Alberto.

the answer in the blank is "que"

Use the english word in () to help determine spanish word.

Now real problems!

1. (as) Mis amigos paracen _____ simp'aticos como Uds.
("como" is not the word in the blank, this one is especially hard for me!)

2. (the most intelligent) Marisa es ______ de todas.

then in these next problems, you must complete the scentences...

1. Vicente es _____ m'as alto de todos.

2. Luis es menos alto ____ Vicente.

3. Petra es _____ m'as atletica _____ Blanca.

Hey, pplz. Ok, this might seem stupid, but I've lived most of my life in Texas and havent gone up North since I was 8. So I have to ask cause I've used the word yall all my life and it comes second nature to me. So for 'you all' (thats just weird for me to say) up North, is 'yall' really a southern word ???

i person wrote like: "I am not chinese nor not american." It has been a long time since i last wrote andspoke pure english that i can't real figure out whether this sentence is grammatical correct.
