Pensez vous à moi is a question and the formulation is right just the "?" is missing.
It means : do you think about me?

You've got the sentence wrong. "Pensez-vous a moi" is not a real French phrase. Maybe you mean "Pensez à moi!", which means "(Please) think of me!", "Don't forget me!". Or "Que pensez-vous de moi?", which means "What do you think of me?"

Do you think of me?. It is a question, the subject and the verb are inverted.
Igor above is correct. But if you remove the "que" in the last of his examples it means do you think of me?
