No, "kiss" translates in Sicilian as "VASU".
If you mean " big kisses" is "VASUNI"

Bocio and Bocilo means nothing, either in Sicilian or in Italian
As below Michelle said "bacio" is standard Italian for kiss,
"bacino" for "small kiss" (and different meanings too).

yeah youre probably thinking of "bacio" which means "kiss" in italian
