Sonrisas De Papel- La Sonrisa de Julia

Condenandote al olvido
no conseguiré cambiar
todo ese tiempo perdido
que no te pude regalar.

Condenandote al olvido
nunca volveré a creer
en la suerte de un destino
que siempre quise comprender.

Disfrazando mis palabras
con sonrisas de papel
no conseguiré ocultarles
las herdias de mi piel.

Pero no existen heridas
que me impidan sonreir
cuando entiendo que algún dia
nos volveremos a unir.

Recorrino este camino
junto a tí se me ha hecho corto
si algún dia no estás conmigo
seguiré el camino solo.

Pues tu has llenado mis bolsillos
con sonrisas y entusiasmo
y he metido en mi mochila
el calor de tus abrazos.

Y Disfrazando mis palabras
con sonrisas de papel
no conseguiré ocultarles
las heridas de mi piel

Pero no existen heridas
que me impidan sonreir
cuando entiendo que algún dia
nos volveremos a unir.

I have a phrase in Japanese or Chinese (I'm not quit sure which one!) that is in a Microsoft Word document. I would be happy to email the document to whoever may be able to help me out. The story is, I went to a Japanese Teppanyaki restauarant and the manager came and wrote phrases in Japanese/Chinese on all our placemats and wouldn't tell us what they say. Please help! Thanking you kindly :-)

Specifically, I'd like to know which states have the highest concentration of Tagalog speakers. It would also be interesting to know what percentage of those who speak Tagalog are also fluent in English. FYI: Tagalog is a language spoken in the Philippines and by many Filipinos in the US.
