What is being meant by Work Agreement is a legal agreement where the First Party shall *bind* the Second Party just as the Second Party *binds* itself to the First Party in a work relationship which has been stipulated in this work agreement

No. It is not the parties who bind each other: it is the contract which binds them mutually. "Work Agreement shall be taken to mean a legal agreement where the First Party and the Second Party are mutually bound by this employment agreement setting out the terms of their working relations."

Providing it is legally and morally binding then there is no problem with it.
