Where do you put the ne...pas in past tense (passe compse), reflexive sentences in French? For example, if I were to make the following sentence negative: Je me suis lavee les mains. Where do the ne and pas go?

Also, in passe compose, with a verb that takes etre, is it true that you don't agree the verb if there is a direct object proceeding it?

Thanks for any help!

What is the reason?

What does that tell about the social culture and psychology of the English and people of the English speaking countries?

Is "I" more important than you, than he, than she, than they, than we?

Is "I" the subject and higher above than every other "object?"

I am just curious.

If you ask anyone familiar with the Asian languages, he/she will most likely agree with me. Vietnamese and Cantonese are among the worst languages that I've ever heard.

I took German classes in college a few years ago, but I didn't take them as seriously as I should have. Occasionally, I encounter people in public who are speaking German, and I resist the impulse to talk to them in German, being that my German is poor. I got up to German 102 (that is, the second class)- but like I said, I just didn't apply myself. I can show you some of the basic German that I know. But essentially, I just want to say "hello" to people, when I hear them speaking German. However, I want to be able to properly explain that I only know a little tiny bit of German- that way, if they start speaking a lot of the language, I can explain how much of an idiot I am, and that I only speak a few words in their native tongue. LOL.

Okay, let me show you what I know:

"Guten Tag!" He he he. And stuff like "Na, Wie Geht's?"

How would I say, in German, "Sorry- I don't speak a lot of German- just a few words."

Also, if you can tutor me, that would be cool. Please let me know

People who complain all of the time end up finding themselves all alone, but the Chinese girl and the foreign guy, who complain all of the time, end up competing with each other to see whose life is more miserable.
If the above question cannot be translated, translate this:
You don't know what misery is!
