I know it's August, but it will take me a couple of months to sort my outfit out.

A couple of years ago, I went around family & friends houses in a balaclava, that went down really well.

I turn 50 in December, and I want to have a Cincuentanera, that is, a 50th birthday party. I'm thinking of having my family and friends sing musical theater songs and other songs about middle-age and aging, growing up, and the cycle of life. So far I've thought of "Memory" from Cats, "When I Was Seventeen" (Frank Sinatra), "September Song", "Those Were the Days" (Miriam Hopkins?), "Old Friends" (Simon & Garfunkel), "Sunrise, Sunset" from Fiddler on the Roof, and "Circle of Life" from The Lion King.

Please give me some more song ideas. Thanks!

I swear it just happened to me an hour ago. About 5 or 6 kids all dressed up in Halloween costumes (looked highschool/middle school-ish, and like 10-14 year olds) just rang my doorbell. I answered and they said TRICK OR TREAT!! I was like uhhh, and thought, wait what month is this? and i said "ok i don't get it" And they just looked at me as if I was the one that was weird. Then i said umm okay sorry i dont have any candy. Then they all said aww..and looked down with sad faces. and turned and walked away. Anyway just thought i'd share.

Why is there no Halloween section in Holidays? Is Halloween not considered a holiday?

Note: If you can't get with this question, don't even bother. Ok. Before you even think about keying your keyboard, take a deep breath, clear your mind and try not to be insulting. Ok? Mature people only. Why did I ask this question? Black History month, Native American history Month, Pacific Islander Month, Asian heritage Month, Hispanic Heritage, Saint Patrick's Day and the list goes on. I've heard this more than once. I've heard it on my job. Why isn't there a "White History Month?" Good question. I dunno?
Any thoughts?
