I turn 50 in December, and I want to have a Cincuentanera, that is, a 50th birthday party. I'm thinking of having my family and friends sing musical theater songs and other songs about middle-age and aging, growing up, and the cycle of life. So far I've thought of "Memory" from Cats, "When I Was Seventeen" (Frank Sinatra), "September Song", "Those Were the Days" (Miriam Hopkins?), "Old Friends" (Simon & Garfunkel), "Sunrise, Sunset" from Fiddler on the Roof, and "Circle of Life" from The Lion King.

Please give me some more song ideas. Thanks!

Cincuentanera! Only one way! Hire a group of mariachis, drink tequila, and make new memories. Screw aging; I'm seventy, and according to my family and friends I've not grown up yet!
