My sister used to come home around 11 p.m. most nights, and to avoid disturbing the rest of the family, would come upstairs in the dark, until she got to her room. Just for the heck of it one day, I decided to play a prank on her. I got a handful of sewing pins, and put them lightly into the frame surrounding her door. Then I strung gray thread on the pins to mimick a spider's web. I even tried to do the weaving of some cross threads to create an authentic looking web. Then I took the 2 inch soft rubber spider my little brother had brought home, and hung it so that it sat at her face level.
Please note...I took the precaution of locking my bedroom door before she got home. Her scream was so loud that our NEIGHBORS heard it. And she was bouncing off my bedroom door trying to get in at me. And I was laughing so much I was rolling on the floor. It was a REALLY GOOD prank! Although my father got pretty upset at being woken up early.

That depends on how old she is. If she is little, don't you dare scare her.
When my little sister was little, I was too. I remember hiding in the closet and when she opened the door I just fell out at her...like I was dead. We had just seen that happen in a movie.
She didn't stop screaming for a long long time...
and neither did I after my mom came in there!

I scare my little sister by jumping under her blankets without her knowing it and grabbing her waist when she least expects it, wow, the screaming got me scared.
