I think there is more than enough. I used to love ALL holidays but to be honest it just seems like most Everyone has lost the meaning to most of them, Families just don't seem to participate as much. Let alone keep the spirit I feel like we've got so lost in the I have to BUY BUY BUY phase that the true meaning of most Holidays are nothing more than ELABORATE Gift Days. But USED to I loved Christmas, the whole day, knowing that Jesus was born just to later die for me/us was the most heartfelt feeling I could get out of Christmas. Now know matter what I try to instill this into my kids society tels them to WANT WANT WANT, so I WORK WORK WORK. I would give anything for an "Old Fashion" Christmas where we cut our tree down, make our ornaments, make each others gifts or buy 1 thing they wanted sooo bad ALL year, tell Christmas stories and sing Carols and then spend the WHOLE day with your family and friends, honoring Jesus along the way. When my kids were little they sang Happy Birthday to Jesus on Christmas, not anymore. NOW that would be an AMAZING Holiday

Way too many silly holidays. I will always be a fan of the good old fashioned ones: Thanksgiving and Christmas, the ones that are meant for families to unite and spend quality time together.
I love Halloween too, all the little ones that are so excited about the candy and dressing up and Mom, Dads, spending time and having fun with their kids.
I don't really hate any, since I'm always up for a paid day off!!!

I feel there are enough holidays. My favorite is Christmas. I
love the colors, the bright lights, the songs and the general
feeling of love in the air. I believe in Christmas magic. I see
scrooges becoming mellow and giving. I love to watch the glow of wonder on small faces. Christmas lights sparkle brighter
in the eyes of children.

It depends on where you are because most of the holidays are dependent on either the country or culture or even religion. If the holidays meant not goint to work then there isnt enough =). My favorite is Christmas and I dont think there is one that I hate

If I was a Government worker........anything ending in a Y is a Holiday.....Every one of them would be a Favorite.

However......Since I am not, My Favorite is The Christmas Season, which I prefer to have year round!

I think Boss's Day, (which most of us wish we were!) is on my B list....and YES! My Boss thinks this is actually a Paid Holiday!!
Long weekend as a matter of fact!

I think we should take away MLK day.He was a great man yes,but so are a few of our presidents and we don't get off school for them.We don't even get off school for Veterans Day and come on he is just 1 man not a gazillion men who died trying to save this country.Love Christmas,Halloween and of course Mother's day.But fav is Thanksgiving.Love to cook all the favorites and have the whole family together.Christmas is nice to but too expensive.Love Mardi Gras too.

There is a perfect amount of holidays to explain the plan of God. All of them are my favorites:

Passover
Days of Crackers
Pentecost
Trumps
Atonement
Booths
The 8th Day

All of them together explain the plan of God.
