I'll start with best:July. Not just because it's my month, but it's good because I was out of school for my birthday, and there isn't much going on then, except for the fourth. It's hot,but that makes cake and ice cream even more appealing.
I think the worst would be January. Not just because it's cold and snowy(although I'm ready for that, now)but with Christmas being in December and the first is a big deal for most people,it would be after all the Holiday fuss is over and most people would be tired and not ready for another celebration. Not to mention they are broke.June would be an ok month, and February wouldn't be much better than January.Unless the weather is decent enough for people to want to get out and gather to celebrate.I suppose it really depends on where you live.Hmmmm...

Best Month = February. It's a great month to have a party because it's so dull for the 2 months after the holidays.
Worst- I'll agree with December
P.S. Mine is in May and I always liked that.

I'd say June is the best month.
It's 6 months after the holiday season, so everyone has money saved up again, but isn't thinking about starting the holiday shopping yet. Also, the severe heat/humidity hasn't really set in yet.
December/January has to be the worst.
People are apt to just lump your birthday in with the holidays or be paying off bills from the holiday season.

December is the worst, nobody wants to buy good presents for birthdays around Christmas time.
June/July must be the best because there are no big religious holidays around that time and everyone can celebrate your birthday.

The best month to be born is the 9th month of pregnancy, because if you make it that far you'll probably survive. The worst month to be born is the 1st month of pregnancy, cause you wouldn't survive then.

worst month - december, because your christmas and birthday present is a combined gift for both occassions.
best month - any month when there are major sales, because that means that the gift giver can get you a nicer present for a cheaper price, than during non-sales periods, when you won't get such a nice gift at the same price.
