I swear it just happened to me an hour ago. About 5 or 6 kids all dressed up in Halloween costumes (looked highschool/middle school-ish, and like 10-14 year olds) just rang my doorbell. I answered and they said TRICK OR TREAT!! I was like uhhh, and thought, wait what month is this? and i said "ok i don't get it" And they just looked at me as if I was the one that was weird. Then i said umm okay sorry i dont have any candy. Then they all said aww..and looked down with sad faces. and turned and walked away. Anyway just thought i'd share.

Lol, no that's never happened to me...but it sure made me laugh. Perhaps they were pranking you, filming your facial reactions, from a distance...but that's pretty funny. I'd hand them some chips or something. Good story :)

Kids are weird...no, I've never had that happen. If it did happen I'd tell them to check the calender and come back in a few months...that's the only time I ever really have any candy in the house anyway.

HAHA!! I do that all the time, it's so fun!! ^_^ I go knocking on the other dorm rooms during August dressed up in a costume and beg for candy! It's great!

no but when ai was a kid we would trick or treat in december. usually got candy too alonewith advise to get a calendar:):)

I think she means that they tricked you, all of those kids were practicing a prank. Sounds like something my 19yr old friend would do though ......
