a long time ago only good kids got gifts and bad one's coal. Today we theaten our kids with coal but would it be considered child abuse if you just give a badly behaived child coal? They tell you to stick to your words! My kids today were not well behaived and coal sounds good!

For christmas day, I was thinking of giving my kids maths puzzles instead of gifts, and for my wife I would compose a list of ways that she has angered or saddened me in the last year (although she has hinted at a necklace). Is this a way forward for a family christmas?

If non-Christians get Christmas Day off, shouldn't Christians get Jewish and Muslim religious holidays off? I mean, it only seems fair.

Who thought of that? It seems kind of stupid to me!

I think it was a bad and irresponsible choice and ended up with a
end to her future but would not be surprised after she is Brittney's
sister.

You can sing it to the melody of Away in a manger. This is called, "Away into Glory"

Away into glory, many crowns for His head.
The glorious Lord Jesus will soon raise the dead,
The trumpet will sound, the saint will arise,
The shout of god's Angel, with Jesus we'll fly.

I give you my heart Lord, I ask you today,
Anoint me with power ith your words to say.
you love the dear children, you ask them to come,
To drink from your waters, you cherish each one.

The Battle is nearing, the great day at hand,
The devil defeated, heard never again.
I thank you Lord Jesus, fpr your precious blood,
Your Spirit now in me, I'm filled with your love.

Come all who are weary to Jesus today,
He loves you forever and with Him you'll stay.
The crowns He has waiting to place on your head,
And a title to a mansion, Just as our Lord said...

there are too many for me to count. My grandmother on my dad's side is unique (for lack of a better word). A few years ago she bought me her favorite wrapping paper so I could wrap her gift (the one I was supposed to get her).
The same year she boosted a "breast augmentation" pamphlet and dvd from a plastic surgeon's office and gave it to my sister. Then she gave my brother an "United States Navy" enlistment information.

I wish I could make this stuff up...

The stress of it all, trying to do everything at once, do the Christmas baking, decorating the house, tripping over the kids in the process. All the Christmas shopping in which people are trying to get the hottest toys and items of the season, and practically killing each other over items between $10 and $20. Then you having children creating psychodramas in the toy store screaming, "I want this and this and that, too."

And here's a sitaution: Because you can't afford to shop this season (either you're broke or you have to budget for a new place,) you've decided you're going to MAKE gifts for people (burning CD's, drawing and framing a picture, making a calendar for the upcoming year.) Then, when you give the gift, the receiver not only doesn't like it, but also gives you a lecture about what if people don't like calendars, CD's, pictures, etc. then tells you it's vital to find out what the person likes, and to BUY it for them! Um, isn't it the THOUGHT that counts?
