First of all, Yes. Express mail is delivered on christmas eve as well as christmas day, in fact it will even be delivered if it falls on a Sunday, the only chronological way for this to happen.
Secondly, to you people raising a stink about the phrase 'xmas' - stop being so ignorantly hateful. "xmas" is a phrase that has been in use for almost 700 years, and debatedly has been in use for almost 2 millenia. Why? Do you see me complaining about the stupid fish symbols with Jesus written in them all over the highway? No.
Do you know why? Because the Greek spelling of the phoenetic word 'Jesus' looks like the word 'fish' - guess what? When you do that to the word 'christ' you get....wait for it.....wait for it....it looks like the letter 'x' ..... thus 'xmas'.

USPS moves the mail every day of the year. I'd never heard of carriers having to deliver packages on Christmas Day( I wonder if there is a record for how many times a carrier was called an "elf" by customers while making such deliveries), but there is delivery on any day except a legal holiday or a Sunday(the Sunday mail rule goes back to the 1790s).
