I don't want sprays or lotions or oils...just the actual stuff itself.

My husband never likes his Christmas gifts, so this year I am getting him a small item and a big gift card to Best Buy. I am NOT a mind reader, and I'm tired of hearing about how crappy his presents are.

My grandmother is about 80 years old, and I want to get her something different and unique. She usually gets clothes or stuff for her garden or stuff with birds on it. She's your typical old lady...she adores her grandchildren, she does embroidery, cooks, loves birds and gardening. Any ideas??

one of them came up to me privately and said two of the people included decided they were going to buy something small for everyone along with there secret santa gift which is set at 25 dollars no more no less... to buy something "small" at 5-10 dollars for everyone else i think is pricey... am i obligated to do this now? and to add to it the girl i picked she already told someone to find out what i was buying her to see if she'll like it... (i know secret santa is suppose to be secret but its to easy to figure out who has who once one person tells who they have) anyway... i just feel they've turned it into a greed fest.

It seems like it's a requirement for old people to have at least 1 paper shredder, from my experience. Please help me uncover this phenomenon.

How ridiculous is this? Are they going to rewrite all of the books and bleep out the words in the cartoons and movies?

And you have always celebrated it greatly, what do I do? I am having hard times this year, and it's not about the presents, it's just about everything, food, the commercials, the family, I mean I have nothing to give, especially to my son and daughter. Any suggestions? I am out of Miracles for the year.

This year for Christmas I won't be sending Christmas cards (except to close friends & family, so just a small handful).I'll email others to wish them Season's Greetings. Also, I haven't bought lots of things for the kids, I'm giving them money.Saves on lots of wrapping paper and packaging, and they can buy what they REALLY want. The things I have bought have been mostly online, so no wasting petrol to get to the shops. And hubby and I aren't buying for each other, instead we have bought stuff we really need for the home. And, we are taking my in-laws out for a meal instead of buying them stuff they don't want or need. Are you having a green Christmas?

Most people listen to Christmas music when they are entertaining guests in their home over the holidays. But do you actually listen to it anywhere else? Driving to work and school, on your iPod, in your cubicle, going Christmas shopping, cooking dinner?

We are now entering the X-mas season. Today I was at Subway and they had the X-mas music station on. 75% of the songs were very depressing. Does anyone else think that these songs can be depressing? if so which songs depress u the most?

There 's a group of women protesting about the Santa clause's in the mall, and how they say ho,ho,ho is so offensive for women. I believe it's crazy. I mean how is that offensive?

Ok, it's not Thanksgiving and I have seen three houses so far with outdoor Christmas decorations.
Actually they have been up for two weeks now.
Aren't we rushing it just a wee bit??
