I found out that if u kill a monster like a white knight on runescape..u get a santa or christmas cracker.On easter u get eatser eggs.....

is this true??????

ok my dad likes those cool new gadgets that are out and i wanna get him one of those for christmas, but i hav no clue on wat those are.
he likes stuff like those remote control planes and helicopters or plasma tv's or stuff like that.

i am one of those parents (along with my husband) that believes we should not lie to our children, telling them there is a santa claus, tooth fairy and easter bunny.

we also want to have our family celebrate the Christian meanings of Christmas and Easter without the "fairy tales" getting in the way.

do you/did you let your kids believe in santa claus? why or why not?

any rude remarks at all will be given a low rating. i am not trying to start a fight because i know the whole "believing in santa claus" seems sort of touchy with a lot of people.

There is no such thing as santa!!!
It's not all about the gifts.....Ipods,games,phones and clothes.
It's a celebration for the person who created us.

So whoever doesn't get anything for christmas or doesn't get alot of things....It's going to be ok.
I found out the hard way this year.
I am so used to getting gifts all the time when I was little and now im 14 years old and my dad came to me yesterday and told me that he is not going to be able to get us anything because we do not have alot of money. The only thing he is going to get me is a wrestling video game.
BUT I AM STILL THANKFUL!!!!!!!!!
Is anyone else thankful???

He already knows what one of his gifts are, becasue I basically had to tell him so he wouldn't order it again. I bought him a nissan 240 for a project car in June for his birthday, and we have been kind slow getting started on it (All we have gotten is the carpet ,steering wheel, and head lights). I ordered his racing seats, seat belts, and seat belt pads to help get the interior finished so he can focus on the motor, but I am afraid they aren't going to be here on time. THe only thing I could think of is to maybe wrap the receits up in boxes for him to open up (he already knows what everything cost becasue I ordered the exact stuff he was planning on ordering) If you have any other creative ideas on how to give it to him or can suggest something else i can give him to go along with it that I can get in a store and don't have to order, that would be great. Thanks..

But I just found his gift and a really sweet card for me in his desk - not snooping, putting some files there he will need when he comes by the office this evening after I am gone - d/t patient confidentiality can't leave them on top of his desk.

I have literally zero extra money to work with right now, so it's gotta be cheap - yet not smack of cheap.

He's an introvert, coin collecter, movie buff, already has it all type of guy. Not outdoorsy, but is kind of a foodie. HELP! I need ideas and quick!

I met Santa today, he stopped, lighted up and started hitting on a pretty girl at a Christmas toys stall! He was not in any hurry to move on, and just stayed there, smoking and chatting! I think it's outrageous. I am waiting for my presents to arrive, and he smokes and chats to girls!
