salaam - I'm from the UK and am sad that it is never celebrated on the same day by Muslims all over the globe. A lot of my fiends and family celebrated it today, other family and myself are celebrating it tomorrow and I have relatives in Pakistan that are celebrating it on Friday...sigh...maybe one day, eh?
Anyway, Eid Mubarak to you and your family - hope you have a wonderful day and receive Allah (SWT) blessings all year round.

Asalam Alaikum dear sister
Eid Mubarak to you.
May you have a blessed Eid. Ameen
Eid Al Adha is the supposed same everywhere, its not like Eid Al Fitr. Eid Al Fitr is on the first day of Shawall after Ramadan were as Eid Al Adha is the 10th day of Dul Al Hija. So once the first day is announced in Saudi of Dul Al Hija, Eid Al Adha is the same all over the world 10 days later.
Annual Haj, will fall on December 19, Saudi Arabia's Supreme Judicial Council announced on Monday.
According to a statement issued by the council, on Monday, December 10 was the first day of Dhu Al Hijja, and hence December 18 (Tuesday) will be Arafat Waqfa Day, and December 19 (Wednesday) will be the first day of Eid Al Adha.
The council, in a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency, said it had established that Monday marked the start of the month of Dhu Al Hijja of the lunar calendar.
So we celebrated it today alhumdillah
Alhumdillah we had a wonderful Eid here. We went to prayer then went to a friends house. Had some wonderful food and celebrated this joyous holiday with good friends.
The only bad thing was my youngest son had a head on collision with another little boy. Alhumdillah both are ok but it was scary for a minute we thought the other little boy's nose was broken. Alhumdillah it was not just a little swollen and he had a busted lip. My little man got a huge knot on his forehead. But you know boys will be boy alhumdillah
Anyways hope your Eid is nice when on Friday inshaAllah. Hope you are enjoy this blessed holiday

I celebrated today, but I don't think it really matters too much. Just as people celebrate Eid al-Fitr on different days. Some people go by the calculated day, some go by the day announced by Saudi Arabia, and some go by their local lunar sighting.
"Muslims in America as well as in many other parts of the world hold two different opinions about the observance of Eid al-Adha. Some observe it on the 10th of Dhul Hijjah according to their local lunar date and others follow the announcement of Hajj by the authorities in Makkah and celebrate this Eid after the day of ‘Arafah. Praise be to Allaah.
Eid al-Adhaa is the tenth day of Dhoo’l-Hijjah, the last (twelfth) month of the Hijri or Islamic calendar. It is, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “The greatest day in the sight of Allaah, may He be blessed and exalted, the Day of Sacrifice . . .” (Reported by Abu Dawud; see also Saheeh al-Jaami‘, 1064).
It is also the greatest day of Hajj, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) told us. (Reported by al-Tirmidhi, see Saheeh al-Jaami‘, 8191).
The reason why it is described as the greatest day of the year is that it combines so many acts of worship which are not combined on any other day, such as the Eid prayer, offering the sacrifice, reciting Takbeer (glorifying Allaah), and widespread remembrance of Allaah. For the pilgrims in Makkah, it also includes offering a sacrifice, stoning the pillars representing Shaytaan (the devil), shaving the head (for men only; women merely cut a little off their hair), and performing Tawaaf (circumambulation of the Ka‘bah) and Sa‘ee (running between the two hills of Safaa and Marwa).
