I will use his own words to describe my point:

""I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.""

Well, isn't an African-American scholarship "judging [someone] by the color of their skin"?

Isn't Affirmative Action another slap in the face? When a minority is hired, or accepted into a school, just to raise the percentaage of minorities there, isn't that "judging [someone] by the color of their skin"?

How long before we have a TRULY colorblind society, where people don't even notice race? Where there is NO racism, whether in a good OR bad way?

I find it very ironic how if a man wears a skirt he is derided, put down, and in some cases beaten. Yet we have guys walking around looking like thugs or pimps. Why is it more acceptable to look like this kind of person, yet men who have the guts to try something different (not accuallly crossdress, but just wear a skirt, as part of his normal ensamble, like women wear pants) gets nothing but BS from most people, runs the risk of losing a job, and so on?

* Note. I mean indigenious Africans. I am aware that there are white, asian, and arab people that reside there.

I mean. It really doesn't matter much to me, but I keep hearing all these dumb arguments about how ethiopians and people from the eastern regions of Africa aren't Black because thay don't have "black feature"(notice how that is in quotes). People don't seem to realize that African-descended people are the most diverse people in looks. Everyone thinks that all African(Black) Has to have big lips and noses and really dark skin. I don't have any of these features(except the nose). And I am not apparently mixed.

I can except Noth Africans saying thay aren't because of the mixing that went on there. But now people are trying to seperate the east too. What the hell is that?

I don't mean to discriminate or criticize, it's just my observation from most Asian people that I met.

when all they did was state their opinion?

Believe you me, I'm not a Bush fan and honestly would have thought of them more had they made their opinion know at a concert in the USA. To me, they're cowards who said something in a place that they knew would get a positive reaction.

In one of my classes all the students are completely white including the professor. Because of this, we can discuss race honestly and openly without causing anyone offense. However, recently, one student brought up a theory that made my skin crawl. He compared human society to that of bees and ants and said he felt that humans should learn from them and apply their ways to our own. He felt that blacks should be slaves and should be happy as slaves because it would help society and he felt that it would be a good place for them. He felt that asians should be forced to study science and be scientist. He felt that whites should be in governmental power and positions of leadership. He felt that if certain groups were forced into these things the world would be a better place because no one would have the option to claim equality (since he does not believe in it) and everyone would perform a service that they were good at. It scared me when I saw others agree with this.

I think that all people should be equal and have the same rights as each other no matter how much you disagree with someones beliefs as long as they are a good citizen, not breaking the law or hurting anyone.
The muslim community are always fighting discrimination and striving for equality, so why is the Muslim Council trying to stop "same sex marriage"? This is right that gay people should have!
Is it not rich that you are fighting for your own right to equality think it is acceptbale to fighting against ours?
Yes, many other cultures and religions are against it too, yet they are not always screaming about rights for equality and discrimination.

I am going to a cfnm party tonight where there will be about 15 women that will be completely clothed while there will be 3 guys that will be completely nude and I will be one of them. Has anyone ever been to this type of event? The rules are that we have to be nude the entire event. The girls are hot so I imagine I will have an erection. I am just worried about the size issue cause I am kinda small down there (3.5 in) and the two other guys that will be there are two black guys. Do I have anything to worry about?
