Is it just me or do a great portion of commercials with black women in i have a good portion of them with their natural hair?

I see more black women with their natural hair in commericials than I think I have ever seen in a movie or tv show

I am a black female and a portrait artist. Recently, I have been doing more and more portraits of White females and I have noticed that many of them have some of the most beautiful faces I have ever seen. A friend says that the reason I think they are so incredibly beautiful is because they seem exotic. Is there any scientific reason behind this? Be nice and be smart with your answer.

Black History month is everywhere. Martin Luther King, etc, etc. That's all well and good. But just to be fair, why is there no "White History Month", or "European American History Month"? Why do black people have to be called "African Americans" while White people are just "White" or even more degrading names? I mean, since all races are equal, should we not do the same? This could go on and on.......I think we should either have "Black History Month", "White History Month", "Asian History Month" and "European History Month" and so on and so on all together, or just not celebrate any of them at all......to be fair......

Is there anyone else who agrees with me?

I am haitian but i do not look haitian.When i tell people that i am haitian they get surprise and dont believe me. I love to tell people that i am Haitian and i luv my culture.I know this haitian boy and everyone knows he is haitian but he just won't admit it. He said that he is Jamacian and other race but never Haitian when he is. He knows how to speak and understand the language. Not only him but a lot of haitian I know feel so ashamed to say it.Why? i been hearing people and they always talk bad about haitian.Everytime you tell them that you haitian they show this face like they dont like you and like they dont like ur race? Why is That?

I know I a lot of Mexican-Americans raised by English speaking parents and they like to make fake Spanish accents! Well my family is English and everybody tells me that i'm in America now and I shouldn't talk with an English accent!! :( Why is not okay for people of English descent to use an English accent but it is perfectly okay for a person of Mexican descent to use a Spanish acent??

i am fifteen years old.I am black but i am very light skin that people mistake me as Hispanic or American when my ancestor are African. Poeple can not tell my Race. I also look Asain because i have small eyes and when i smile i look Asain.i was not born in the United States.I am the lightest of my whole family and i do not have an accent. When i walk down the street people do not think i am black and start talking to me in other languages i do not know like Spanish. I am tired of being asked If i am Black when my answer is that I AM. I hangout with my friends for years and they still didn't know if i was BLACK! I always wish i had really dark Skin and i think it would be much better. What do you think? Which is better light skin or dark skin? Why do boys like light skin girls better than dark skin girls? Do people consider light skin girl as mixed race? The darker the better or the lighter the skin the better?

Reading Yahoo Answers is depressing. What's up with all the racists? Does the entire White supremecy nation use this service? Or is it just uneducated people who don't work and sit at home in the middle of the day ranting about how they have it so hard , when they really should be educating themselves about the issues. I don't care if this makes people upset. I am getting seriousally annoyed reading this message board. How can people be so culturally ignorant and really think they are right? I think we should flag every one of them, children read this.

I heard something about riots between aussies and muslims. Just wondering, what's going on? The cause?

I was just watching court tv and saw that an american got beat up in Australia cause he looked like a muslim? The poor guy almost died...

Also, does the aussies have problems with indians, hispanics, or any other race? I'll be Australia for work and I'm an Indian female. A lot of people mistake me with muslim.

Anything I should be careful about? What part of Australia is mainly full of trouble with aussies and muslims? It would be fantastic if you tell me more about this.
